First thing u need to do is get diet plan it all starts there then u need mix up ur days of what ur working out, day 1 arms day 2 chest for example. For each muscle group change diff exercise that will still work out the group so u don't get bored and u also do muscle confusion

You are welcome. I used to be personal trainer and coached soccer for many years, and delighted to share anything I know of.  No problem.

Good idea. Insanity was my plan, but I don't want to over train so i'm thinking of making a hybrid with this app and insanity. Thanks for being my friend!

I will motivate you. My suggestion is that you need to set up a workout plan, that way you can measure your success each week. Also, change the sequence of your work out: for instance, one day you work out excercise A first, the next day you work out excercise B first. Doing that will keep making your body guessing, and wont put your body on a plateau stage!

So I did one full round of insanity..lost 16 pounds and wanted to do another round, but hit a plateau. I need to mix it up and that's where I found this app. I still have 50 pounds to go, and would love to have a workout buddy to share success with and to motivate each other.
