Start off nice and slow with V stretches. It'll cool everything down and get your blood flowing.

There is some workouts which is single leg raise and leg bends with weight which help in teared maniscus

You should have to do a transplant surgery after 4 or 5 months it will be normal

Not to sure what the doc has in store for me... Don't really think I need knee replacement
