Start off nice and slow with V stretches. It'll cool everything down and get your blood flowing.

There is some workouts which is single leg raise and leg bends with weight which help in teared maniscus­čśŐ

You should have to do a transplant surgery after 4 or 5 months it will be normal

Not to sure what the doc has in store for me... Don't really think I need knee replacement
