Workout suggestions

I woke up early this morning ready to work my ass off. I've been working on my legs, butt, abominals, arms, etc. today I wanna work on my legs and tummy. Any suggestions?

Fat Burn Challenge...all the way. When I was done with that workout, I felt it in my abdomen and the front of my thighs. My legs were so sore the next day, it's the wall sits that got me!

Daily Workout Tips:
1.Yoga (30.min)
2.Gym (1 Hour)
3.Eating Healthy Food
4.Rest (Sleep) Repeat whole 1 to 4 Daily...Take Care :) 👍

V stretches really improve flexibility. If you have any stairs or just a step, stand on the edge on your tippy toes. (Slightly bounce if you need too) Stretches out your calves, you'll feel it immediately! (Just means your doing it right) Squats have really helped me in the thighs, I also recommend that.

Try jumping squats followed by sumo squats you'll feel it almost immediately. For straight ab workouts checkout ab-workouts-guide.com there are some good core exercises that'll get your tummy burning. Also, planks (side, elbow, full, espcially hop out planks) always work wonders on your core. Good luck and God Bless!

Try abs attack and such if your going core and abs mode...
