Do high intensity interval training. Short bursts of intense exercises or cardio that target 2 or more muscle groups are the best way to loose fat. You cannot loose fat only in that area. It's a joke. You have to do full body workouts. HIT training. Proven to be the best way to burn fat. Diet is just as important. You wasting your times exercising if you neglect your diet.
