Lower belly fat/love handles

I have 4 weeks until my 22th birthday.i am not looking for a miracle but I need suggestions on how to trim my lower belly fat/ love handles in the next couple of weeks.any suggestions on diet and specific exercises??

Do high intensity interval training. Short bursts of intense exercises or cardio that target 2 or more muscle groups are the best way to loose fat. You cannot loose fat only in that area. It's a joke. You have to do full body workouts. HIT training. Proven to be the best way to burn fat. Diet is just as important. You wasting your times exercising if you neglect your diet.
