Flat stomach/endurance tips & motivation anyone? :)

I always gain and lose weight in my stomach area, i've read cardio is key to a flat stomach, anyone have any tips on how to get one/good cardio that can be done at home?
Also I have very low endurance, how can I improve that so that i'm more fit?

Right now i'm doing the squat challenge & plank challenge, any other challenges you recommend?

How about the skipping challenge, 15 minutes a day for 30 days. Great cardio w/o.

100 pushups in 100 days, starting at 1 on day 1 and increasing by 1 everyday. Burpees, 100m run - 100 m walks , how about this.....if your errand is less than 1 mile away .....walk, 1 to 5 ride your bike, take car if more than 5 or you have alot of bags.
