Hi Y'all! New to this app just curious if y'all have and favorite workouts to share... wanting to lose some belly and tone everything up.... and also are there any challenges anyone is doing?
Right now in my profile I got some workouts that I have liked that are for toning there's Kristie's workouts, Spartan workouts which you can also search in the workout search engine, and squat/plank challenges to aim at specific areas. Hope that helps. Remember to stretch before and after
