Hello all!

Just joined this app today :)

I work out on and off... A workout "buddy" would be great to help stay motivated! lol.

Starting tomorrow I will be doing a 30 day plank challenge, a 30 day ab challenge, and eating cleaner.
Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Kelly! I just joined the app also. Did you just decide on your own to so a 30 day challenge or did the app recommend it? I think I need a little guidance on where to start. I'm looking to lose only ten lbs but I desperately need to tone up since I lost weight recently.. Where so I start?

Hello Sheree! I found a couple 30 day challenges on Pinterest. The ab challenge I'll have to change up a bit, because it seems like it wouldn't be too challenging and it's from march, so the days are mixed up.

I signed up yesterday I just do a warm up then I pick from the area I want to work on for me is bum thighs and tum then I did a yoga strech one as a cool down x x

Hey Stephanie, That sounds like a good way to do it. Thinking injured my back during a workout today, well, yesterday I suppose. So I'll have to stick with mostly yoga for now. :)
