Down but not out
Last year in august i made the decision to improve my health with proper nutrition and exercise.
Over the course of four months i lost 15 pound in body fat, going from 223 to 208 lbs.
During this time i was working long shifts at my job standing on my feet. Even with the positive changes, my feet and knees were increasing in pain and discomfort.
This week i saw a doctor who diagnosed me with plantar fascitis in my feet and loose knees (knee cap is weak). I will be under physical therapy for six weeks to rebuild and strengthen my knees.
When the pain and discomfort increased i stopped exercising but kept up with proper nutrition. So far my weight is between 206-210 lbs.
My goal is to gain my strength back and resume exercises as i desire.
Just wanted to touch base with everyone. Stay strong and keep the course.
