I'm 14 years old and 5'1. I weigh 119 lbs and about 52 kilos. I'm a size 4 in shorts because of my love handles on my sides (which I'm working on). Is this healthy?

I am 17 years old. I'm 5' 10" and I'm about 155 lbs.. which sounds heavy right? But I'm actually in really good shape. I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds off the cheekers.. since you're only 14 you have a pretty good chance of growing more and honestly that's a good weight to be at for your age. That's what I call the awkward age because you're still growing into your body. Don't worry about it! Just stay in shape :)

115 is better but if ur on this website ur good :). Rule is 5"0 is 100 each inch is 5lbs I am 5"2 and 120-125 and trying to be 110-115. Ur goal should be that too. Ur not overweight yet but on the verge. Just be healthy

But she needs to also take into consideration what type of frame she has (small, mediym, or large). Amd my doctor and nutritionist says being a little over the average isnt nad if its muscle compared to fat. I was told to be more concerned wuth my fat percentage more so than trying to strictly stick within the weight limit for my height. Im 5'2 and 120-125 is healthy for me because I have sn athletic build with more muscles just naturally... and thats even euth me working outband eating better.

It depends on your goal, as a model weight is not that important, but the overall body shape should be in proportional and ripped. i suggest just count your body fat.

You are at a weight where your BMI should be right in the middle of  healthy... That's perfect for someone who is still growing.
