Day 8 completed!! :) Got a little extra sleep. My thigh feels much better today. And to make up for yesterday I did an extra 50 today. (All I had time for.) Everyone keeps adding so I guess i'll increase too! ;D lolz Great job everybody!!

That's ok Krishna! Sometimes our bodied need a break. I took a break today from my morning run but I'm gonna b doin other stuff later. Just do what u can! Ur progressing wonderfully :)

lolz Just start doing them and let us know your progress. :) You should check out the plank challenge if you haven't already too. It's great for your core and arms!

Back with 155 squats today and 5.5k run plus 1.5k walk.. Thighs are enjoying the pain.. Tried calling my masseuse but she doesn't answer the phone.. :(

Great job once again! Ur are really doing awesome! My thighs are loving the pain too and I'm not stopping now...Ur masseuse must wanna see just how much you can stand first..LOL! Don't forget to stretch! :)

Great job! I think we've all had the same idea lately. I've switched mine up a lot and started doin one-legged squats with 10 lb. weights and also with/without a knee lift, sumo jump squats, Bulgarian split squats....etc. I have to do different stuff or I get bored and it stops hurting..lol! Ur doing great girl..keep it up! :)

Day 9 done and I'm beginning to feel just weak. Like I can't do much; I feel tired to be exact. Different forms of squats with no weights today.

Jude, r u eating enough throughout the day? A lot of times that'll make u too weak or tired to wrkout. Just a thought! :) Take care of urself girl! Keep it up, ur doin great :)

Day 1, 100 squats in!:-) & 100 to go!:-) I guess I need to hurry, there is only 2hrs 50min left in the day!:-)

No need to hurry.. Keep it slow and steady.. Just do as many as you can.. Just make sure you do some :)

Alright well I've already started .....this is my daily routine 50squats in the am,I do thankful thighs program also on here.then my last program is the ab attack feels great! Then in the pm after work,doing homework with my kids I walk the park at 6-7 five laps non stop.

Day 9...only had time for 120 squats today. Thankful I was able to even do that many. It's a long way from what I've been doin but I will b bck to at least 200 on Monday. Won't b home at all tomorrow so I won't b posting. Great job everybody! Keep up the good wrk! Stay 💪!! 😜

So I am starting from day 1 bc I can not do them everyday but I am going to try way harder 😄so day 1 100 going to try 110. And good job everyone

Forgot to post yesterday!! Day 10: 225! :) And today.. Day 11: I did 230! :D I even did 25 whike holding my baby. ^_^ lolz He seemed to like it. <3 Everyone is doing great! :3 👊

I did my squats but forgot to post it. I only had time for 120 but I did jog today. I'm stuck in this family situation at the moment. Very annoying one to boot. Day 11 and they were jumping squats this time.

140 today and I can feel my thighs getting tight.. Thanks girls.. Without this group I would never have focused so much and would never have done it on a daily basis.

Thanks Jude! I'm enjoying this challenge...and yes I am seeing a lot of results. Starting to do more wrk on the bck of my legs now..I need it in that area too :) Stay strong girl! :)
