Didn't do any squats for two days. 😱 but I got my butt back in gear today and making this my day 3. Did 50pulse squats and 50 sumo squats. I'm finding inspiration to continue by reading everyone else's posts.

I did 200 today! :) Would've been more but I got stuck uptown longer than I expected. :) πŸ‘Š Day 13 I believe! :D

Day 13 done. It's getting harder to do them again. But it's probably because 50 straight, then another 50 and so forth. Anyways keep up the good work guys!Β

Sorry. I haven't really been keeping track of that with my legs as I'm just trying to tone my thighs. But I am noticing a lot more firmness. :) It's definitely doing something!

How can u worry about ur thighs when u running that much a day...that's a lot of running ur legs should look amazing!!!

Im starting over i mesed up ive lost count on what day and missed a few days goin through some crazy things right now with my family but anyways today is my new day 1
On the plus side  i did quit smoking goin on one week tomorrow! 😺

Posting in late today because I was out most of the day but I haven't forgotten my days challenge. Day 14 done. With exactly 200 squats but I added more heavier weights so it made it harder.Β

Will do. Just posted day 2. My legs were a little tight today but some good stretches and I was even more ready to do my squats today than I was yesterday ...*confident smile* lol

Not crazy. It can be done. Just do them through out the day if you can't do them in one shot and do which ever form of squat you please.

Trust me it can be done. My weight is 97kg now and am able to do 125 plus with little effort

Try doing them in sets with 30second or 1minute breaks in between. This gives you a chance to rest amd then go all out for the next set! :)

Pris.. Just do with breaks like 90 sec squats and then rest and alter the types like regular squats, prisoner etc.. Try my squat at home or gym workout.. You can find in my profile..

I didn't have time to do them yesterday. Was put most of the day and by the time I got back I got stuck cleaning. But I'll do double the squats today. This is goin to kill me.

Lol! Thanks Jude! I love squats a.d I'm determined to get the results I want..its happening! And Krishna, don't b ashamed at all, u can only do what u can...don't wry about the number just focus on what ur body can do and the results ur lookin for. Yes, 460...no I didn't do them all at once and they weren't the same kind of squats each time but I did 'em! :) A couple of those sets were from my cardio workout too. Some days I have a little more time for doin more and some days I can only...

Oh yea, all of those squats were done within a 2 hr time period. Trust me, it burns but I just breathe take a few seconds to shake it out and continue again. There are times I do have to take much longer breaks...I'm not super woman or anything..lol! Stay strong! :)

I forgot to post again yesterday. I did day 15 of my squats yesterday. I was so exhausted after the workout and then I took a run with weights on my ankles. My body is completely sore today.Β
