Don't worry just keep the with the squats. We all slip up at times. You've been doing pretty good. Just start again where you left off like I did. We're all here working together and encourage each other. 😊

Day 16 of my challenge done. Extra weights really killing my legs and lower back but it doesn't hurt like I pulled anything. Just like a sore muscle nothing more.

I'm going to have trouble explaining this but I'll give it a shot. 1. Stand up, keeping your feet slightly spread apart, while bending your knees slightly 2. Squat down as far as you can (like the way you sit in a chair) 3. Keep squaring as far as you can WITHOUT bending your back and DO NOT allow your knees to pass your toes 4. Yes if you want to firm out your butt. Seen the before and after pics on my profile? It was do to squats and other leg exercises. Doing squats will form the butt. Doing them with weights will not just tighten but make it bigger. The weights make the muscles work. The more you're putting your body to work the bigger the muscles, right? Just saw this, I will start doing it cause I really want to tone my butt. Also does anyone have any tips to help me get into the splits. I am a dancer and we have to do the splits. 😊

Splits or straddles? I can do a split a straddle is more difficult. Just stretch and after your stretch each time try to do a split. Go lower each time till you can do it. That's what I did. I feel like trying a straddle now. Lol. Good luck! 😊

There is a program that you start at like 50, increase by 5 a day, you only do it three days in a row and then have a rest day and continue. Buns of steel. ;)

Yea but there's also one you start at almost 200 and keep going up. Would you like to see? 50 for me is to easy. That's why I created this challenge. But you can join in with whatever challenge you want. The highest is 400. 😜

140 squats, 5 km walk, 5 km run and 5 km cycling completed today. Enjoyed the 20 min stretchy time after all this..

So, will your butt grow larger (bubble butt) or just become firm?   
And I am looking for a 'Bikini Body Workout Buddy'!!!   Plz check out my forum for more info on it!

It helps the butt look bigger, yes. The nicest butts are those that actually put their work into it. The bigger and rounder, toned, and nicer you want it depends on how hard you work at it. This exercise can make it look smaller but toned if your just doing the exercise. If you put double the effort and make the exercise harder like example using weights as you squat will make the muscle go to work and lifting your butt while making it look a few inches bigger and nicer (yes rounder). My second day Monday 5/20/13, I did today 220 squats  in 6 mins. Its not as bad as I thought.

Way to go! And as for the answer to your question. I have no idea. It depends how many you do and how much effort is put into it. Like lifting weights while you squat and how many weights, or if you're not lifting any at all, etc. I'll be looking forward to read your progress! SO sorry I haven't posted the last couple of days!! :( My phone has been freaking stupid the past couple of days. xP I hope I get it fixed soon. This is my first time on Skimble on a computer. lolz Anywayz! I don't remember if i'm on day 16..? Or 17.. I'll figure it out! I did the 200+ Friday. But I was in a car almost the whole day Saturday. :/ And then back to the 200 Sunday and today.
