Squats work better by doing them slow, the muscles really engage and you get better results than trying to do so many in little time. You can't rush results

Thanks for info, good to know, I was rushing them eventhou I am feeling it. Do you by any chance know how many calories are burned when doing 200 squats.

I am doing a 30 day squat and crunch challenge its 50 squats and 20 crunches on the first day then 55 squats and 25 crunches on day two and so fourth with rest days being  day 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 28. Resting days are important so you don't overwork your muscles. If anyone wants the full workout list just ask and I'll post it. 😊

Also I just started day one last night and my legs are sore it works very quickly. :)

😄AWESOME  WORKOUT. so far 100 squats in 20mins. I also speed walked this morning for 1hr. Did 4 miles and burned 485 calories. Does anyone know how many calories burned doing 200 squats a day.
😄 will finish the rest tonight B4 bedtime.
Did another 140 squats in 14mins  tonight @ 11:45pm. A total of 240 squats in 34mins. Took it slow today. Looking forward to tomorrow.
😜 gotta love it to get fit.

Wow 200 in 2 mins is like express squat.. That's amazing.. Am sure the thigh muscles would take off like a jet with that speed.. Keep it up..

160 squats, 5km walk, 6km run and 5km cycling completed.

Another great day finished. :) can't wait to measure for my results. Gonna do end of this month..

DAY 19 DONE!!!! With my first set of 300 with 24 pounds. I did 300 before no problem. But I added more weights which made it harder each time but my body is getting used to it. So 300 squats with 24 pound weights.

Question guys, I just finished day two of my challenge 55 squats and 25 crunches. I'm really feeling it in the tops of my thighs but not really anywhere else. Am I doing them right? I don't feel like its helping my butt at all.

You're suppose to feel it in thighs and butt. Maybe lower back as well. When you squat make sure you're popping you're butt out as far as possible. Do not allow you're knees to pass your toes. Do not bend your back. There's pictures on google or YouTube it. When you do look at yourself in a mirror as you squat and see if you're doing it like the photo or YouTube clip you saw.

Day two down! And your soreness I think really depends on a,lot of things. Like how far you go down how slow you do them . If you arc your back more or less. Form means everything in squats.

Thank you! I started with the regular challenge about mid April. This one is super intense, but that helped prepare me. I am seeing amazing results.

In April the first week was rough. Week 2 of May was tough too. It has leveled off as I get stronger, but I still feel the burn during and cuss occasionally. Lol!

Wed. 5/22/13

Every 1 hour I did 50 squats. so it took me 2 1/2 hours to complete todays squats.I am feeling it big time.

I'm on day four which is a rest day. But day one was 50 squats and 20 crunches.
Day two was 55 squats and 25 crunches.
Yesterday was 60 squats and 30 crunches. 
I certainly needed a break today.
Tomorrow is 70 squats and 40 crunches. :)

Hello all. I should be able to get to skimble on my phone in a week. It won't let me access it right now so it's hard for me to get to skimble on a computer to put up each day. :P Keeping with my squats though and I will hopefully be back to regular posts in a week! :) Everyone is doing great!! :D

Just finished day three! 200 squats done. My coach told me since I do MMA training to only do two days then one day off. Rinse and repeat at least till I'm not sore like crazy haha
