Hi , I have been wanting to do the 200 squat challange for awhile now SO I AM SO IN WITH YOU GIRL! also I am new to this " SKIMBLE" so I have no clue how it works haha. Anyways I recently discovered this AMAZING video of all kinds of workouts you do 200 squats total but diffrent kinds of squats then between squats you do a ab, leg, ect. workout then do squats again but it adds up to 200 in all & its AMAZING !! I WOULD LOVE FOR PEOPLE TO JOIN WITH ME && WE CAN SHARE OUR RESULTS:)

Hey! Im new to this so i just a question. Will squats help you lose the fat in your butt? Because i wanna reduce the size of butt first! Please someone who has an idea about this, reply 😊

Starting again...trying to go up to 50 a day...can't just stop doing squats...my a@% depends on it...HaHa😜

How often is it recommended to taka a day off? and would it be better to workout the other parts or just rest?
