I've been working out at home for 6 weeks originally for holiday but now I'm gonna keep on it. I don't know what my goal is but I'm platoing ATM anyone got any advice? Thanks

Eatings good. Good combo of complex carbs protein etc. . . I'm just starting to really notice it. I don't wanna bulk up up too much tho

Chest and arms and Abs in terms of mass and definition I have numerous work outs and although its coming am I expecting too much too soon!

Thanks u really appreciate it. On the protein but keeping it real when I can. Woo woo. I'm not into fast and I do see a diffrent already will post a pic when I can. But it's never fast enough I guess. :)
