Has anyone done the 30 day squat challenge and achieved noticeable results?

On day 2 but i overseen before and after pics of other ppl and you can see results. Its all in how hard you push yourself.

I'm on day 3 and i'm already feeling some tightness in my thighs. I have no doubt they'll improve Alot by day 30. :D

I have about 5 days left of the challenge and so far no results. My legs tingle a little but that's about it. Might do another 30 days but it seems this challenge isn't for me.

As with everything, results may vary. Too bad absolutely nothing changed for me.

I dont think thats strange. If you want your legs to change you have to squat heavy not just alot
