I'm 19, 6ft and only weigh about 9st. I know this is really bad, but I have recently became fed up with the way I look people take the p*** out of how skinny I am and the fact I have no muscle. I just want to know is there anyone that can give me advice on how to gain a bit more weight and get some muscle as well. I would rather not use weight gain or anything, I want to do it normally. Even a workout plan or something just for general use would be great! Thanks in advance
