I created an abs workout like I did for the butt and thighs. Workout Those Abs. Let me know what you think? Also if you want to try my other one and give feedback here's the link. Activate Your Butt And Thigh Muscles

I was gonna try this tonight but my babies been awake and fussing. He usually only sleepd 10-20 minutes at a time so I have troubles finding time for these longer workouts. :/ I'll try to get it in 2moro!!
