I recently started strength training 3x a week at the gym. I do it for about 30 min plus ten min warm up on the treadmill. My routine this week is 25lb kettlebells squats push ups into burpees and lunges with rotation holding 10lb ball. Ok so my question is knowing that am i burning way more calories doing things like that than running everyday? Bc i want to make sure i eat enough that i dont sllow my metabolism again .. im working on shedding 5% body fat. And trying to do at lewast 30 min interval running on my off days

You should be burning plenty of calories depending on how many burpees you are doing....as for shedding the body fat, how often are you eating?

Ya i think in my head im doing all this work wtf why dont i see a change! But i think it has and also i dont have much body fat to lose so ya i prob have to work harder to reach my goal. Uh duh
