Time to get serious I've been working out on this app over past week or so done a few runs, I have now joined the gym, what are good to use to help tone up ??

Full body weight training 3 times a week with cardio in between on rest days. Thats allways a good way to start fore beginners. Get someone to check your form to :)

Look in the mirror if you aren't happy with yourself then that's your motivation! I love the gym but no transportation so haven't been able to go! So hopefully go back soon! Congrats on joinin the gym
