Whats your opinion?? It says for ppl over 40 i am in my 20's but i drink them i mean protein drinks are protein drinks right???

My mother's doctor told her to start drinking Ensure during her early 30's. she's turning 41 next month - it really depends on the needs of your body. She has severe disk degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis...the list goes on. It's great for her bones and strength! (:

No! Not all protein drinks are the same that is for the 40 age group! I love Advocare protein drink and NOW whey protein you want whey protein
