I always try to keep up my fit-spitration by finding workouts that are fun and hold my interest. Not just workout routines but hobbies as well. I love to dance, I just picked up rock climbing (such am incredible mind body workout), and hiking. It's all about finding activities that you truly enjoy!

Competition with another person helps me. I'm always trying to best my brother.

I have a calorie countet called shape up so i normaly work out every day so i dont eat to many calories

Self esteem was mine and jus feelin better not only about my looks but in general health wise

My motivation is i dont want to be big!! And i want to be a group exercise instructor, im certified but i wana get in better shape! Also i help others lose weight and want to set the best example!
