Trying to do some things differently , havent eaten meat in 10 days , cut wayyyy back on fried anything and sweets... Well i've been doing great as far as sweets since jan . One treat a month if that . All of a suddden im having the biggest craving & have eaten 3 in the last 2 weeks . Warmed with ice cream , carmel and choc syrup . They say dont completely deprive yourself or you wont stick to your new eating habbits but things are getting a little out of hand ! Help , i dont want to be counterproductive to all my other hard work . ie ; gym 4 to 5 days a week , healthier eating .
