I was able to run more then a mile today. I haven't ran in a long time. I need to keep up and run a little more each day. I felt like I was going to die.

I can do 2 miles in just about 17 min and i run every day good luck m8 !

I'm a begin running each day. It was my lungs. I was having trouble breathing. But if I get myself used to running each day, then I won't have problems with my lungs. My legs are fine. I felt like I could do more but just having to much trouble breathing.

Don't mind if I chime in, I agree with Bryan... A less complicated way of doing what Bryan is saying and to increase speed is to do a warmup jog for 1 minute and begin a set of 30-second sprints (really pushing yourself), and walking for one minute. Do that for eight sets. When that gets easy (about a month or so) start sprinting for 60 seconds and then walk for 120 seconds, and do 8 sets... Really works!

Keep at it and it will get better. I can run four miles in 25 minutes.
