What is your greatest driving force to workout?
Music a good playlist of dubstep keeps me motivated.
The mere fact that high blood pressure and heart disease runs in my family was the motivating factor. As well as looking good, and feeling better physically.
As long as I can remember I was always the skinny kid but then I got motivated to start working out and I enjoyed what I saw and I enjoyed doing it and I've never stopped.
My wife and kids. I wanna look awesome for her and be awesome for them. Plus it sets a great example when my kids see us leading a healthy fit lifestyle. Makes me proud when they want to join in.
I agree 100% when my boys jump down at age 3&5 and want to do push ups like daddy I love it.
