Just thinking about everything that my body can do and realizing that it won't take too long to have my dream body if I just get up and get my butt moving :)

My motivation, I have a picture of my body on my phone in my underwear, when I struggle with my run I just look at the picture and remembe myself I don't wanna look like that ever again! Well that pretty much makes me run like speedy gonzalez! ;p

The mere fact that high blood pressure and heart disease runs in my family was the motivating factor. As well as looking good, and feeling better physically.

As long as I can remember I was always the skinny kid  but then I got motivated to start working out and I enjoyed what I saw and I enjoyed doing it and I've never stopped.

My wife and kids.  I wanna look awesome for her and be awesome for them.  Plus it sets a great example when my kids see us leading a healthy fit lifestyle.  Makes me proud when they want to join in.
