can anyone tell me morning workouts good or evening workouts good ?
I heard mornings r best cuz ur testosterone levels r the highest then and that helps build muscle
Both are good. In the morning it can get you energized and ready for the day. But at night you can work off all the calories you ate! Especially if you eat a big dinner. You're supposed to eat a big breakfast. A smaller lunch and then even a smaller dinner. This is because people usually are less active later in the day. Unfortunately, most people have it backwards and eat larger dinners and smaller breakfasts.

Any time is fine but you must do workouts same time everyday...
