Hard time staying on track

Im havinv such a hard time staying on track. Im a cosmetologist and lunch times are scattered. I catch myselc over eating a lot. Ive gained almost 5 lbs this past week alone. Any tips or advice????

first thing ia try and drink a lot of water when you are eating and try to eat a lot of fruits and vegtables when you have your meals. And try and do full body exercises. They are not as time consuming and are just. As effective

Thanks! That's another thing I need to do is drink more water. I've gotten to where I don't think I'm drinking enough .

Discipline and focus ma eating clean as they say take a bit of work but its well worth it. Good luck we know u can do it and we got ya back
