Hi guys ive just start using this app an its great bt i need some advice on wat direction i should be going.im quite skinny weight 9.5 stone an im looking 2 bulk up and really define my mid section.any advice r guidance wud be greatly appreciated.please reply.

the fact that you are skinny means you'll be able to see your abs define quickly because there is no fat for them to hide behind lol. make sure you get enough protein. whey protein supplements are nice. even drinking a glass of milk afterward a workout is a nice way to go because it has protein, calcium, and potassium-- all essential for muscle function.

Depending in your age you can know how hard to workout. If you are younger and still growing a lot then lifting heavy isn't recommended. Getting abs can take a while so be patient, results will come. Also if you are younger body weight exercises you can do as much and as many as you can. Hope this helps.

Yea i have slightly defined abs and have been working on them bt nt much is happening was wondering if a supplement might help them develope mre cuz nearly gona give up on them.yea i drink alot of milk anyway.is there any foods i should maybe b eating?thanks for the advice.

Thanks for the advice, i think ive grown as much as i am going 2 im 24 and 6 ft tall.is there any workouts ud recommend 2 try an spice it up abit cuz doin the same 1s an nt seeing results takes its toll considerd giving up excepting that im nt goin 2 have lean muscle mass r b toned.
