Maintaining Energy ?

So this question is for all my fabulous fitness friends ! I'm having a hard time keeping my energy up all day long. What are some good post workout foods that will help? I love just about every kind of food ! haha so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Energy bars like Clif bars and Builder Bar are really good! Eggs are high in protein and burn fat.

Oh yeah eggs are my fav.i have two with an avacado almost every morning :-) but thanks I'll try the cliff bars !

I think I'll cool it down for a bit, let my body heal and get used to what its at. Thanks Bryan. I think I knew that was what the problem was. I'm just trying so hard to lose weight.

Resting so ur body can heal is neva a bad thing. Bryan always has some good advice

Jus tryin to help out who ever I can. I remember when I startd workin out wish I had this app back then cuz it would have saved me a lot of time and wasted energy
