Workout with Headache?

Do you all still workout when you have a headache? If so, do you change what you do? I missed two workout days because of a headache. Frustrating since I'm just starting out!

Usually working out will improve your headache because the increased heart rate dilates blood vessels, working out helps my migraines

They were just stress/tension headaches.  Don't have one today so I will be working out!

Was curious how others dealt with it if they had one on their workout day.  Next time I will see if working out does help.

Thanks Bryan, it actually could be dehydration.  I'm not much of a water  drinker.

Water is the best fluid for your body above all others. First recommendation is to start monitoring your water intake. Eight glasses a day minimum. I would also cut out all bad drinks from your diet; sodas, alcohol (bad sugars). Even too many juices can be counter productive as your body converts most of them into base sugars and then Fat. I've removed most dairy from my diet (although I did sneak in some feta cheese into my Salad Wraps today. Shhh). I drink Coconut or Almond Milk. A healthy diet should help eliminate your headaches.

thanks Jeremy.  I did drink a good amount of water so far today and plan to continue.  I have totally changed my diet over the last 2 months and have noticed a difference healthwise.
