Do you all still workout when you have a headache? If so, do you change what you do? I missed two workout days because of a headache. Frustrating since I'm just starting out!
They were just stress/tension headaches. Don't have one today so I will be working out!
Was curious how others dealt with it if they had one on their workout day. Next time I will see if working out does help.
Thanks Bryan, it actually could be dehydration. I'm not much of a water drinker.
thanks Jeremy. I did drink a good amount of water so far today and plan to continue. I have totally changed my diet over the last 2 months and have noticed a difference healthwise.
