I already know I'm not eating enough protein in my daily diet. I want nice lean muscle in my body. I do cardio workouts and more intense workouts each day. But I heard of the whey product and I wanted to know how much a day should I take? I'm about 5" tall and weigh 109 pounds now.
This scoop of whey in my container is 67cc. Each scoop apparently has 18g of protein per serving and it's 100% natural whey.
I don't want to get fat. I want to lose the excess fat on my body and gain lean muscle. Any and all advice is appreciated.
