I've been procrastinating for so long and need to get started again.
2 years ago i was 15 kg lighter and want to return to the old me.
I'm looking for tips on how much to do at the beginning? I will be addicted again but don't want to fall into the trap of starting out with a 10k running goal 1st day back.

here we go, let's see how long i last for my 1st run and feel it's about to poor down
ok managed a 45 min run, in fact more like 20 min run 25 min walk, in thunderstorms as the heavens opened up and i got soaked, awesome fun :-) average heart rate 161 max 183.

No run today :( legs were just too sore. Not sure if the 50 + squats challenge is also good to strat at the same time.
Forest Run 45 mins, av HR 163, 761 calories.
