Program opinions?? Need advice..
I have been using this app for maybe a month now, I think I may have overworked myself. Here's my story:
I have birth to a daughter in March of 2011...took the wrong route and literally starved myself to be 117 pounds. Yes, I exercised too. (Hula hooping) Then 15 months later I found out I was pregnant with a son. He is 3 months old now. I'm severely depressed with my body, things that were once tight, are flabby. I HATE the mirror. Everyone says I'm small, (149 lbs) but it's not tight. I want a feminine body, not a bodybuilder body. I want to look like a very healthy, fit female. I want to do this right and I think I may have given myself unrealistic goals. Can any of you workout experts give me maybe a workout program to start with? My stamina is weak and I become winded quickly...please help....
