Hi guys! I work out and eat healthy and I'm in shape, but I'm also asthmatic. I love running, but I find it difficult to maintain a running pace for more than half a mile. It's frustrating because I have friends who have never exerised a day in their life and can still run for a longer period of time then me. Is there any way I can build up my endurence? I just dont want my asthma to hold me back...
Try swimming if possible it helps me when younger
