What is your greatest physical asset?

For me I would have to say arms they have always been easy to tone and gain size.

Eyes, lips and butt. Also like my height. 

Now I'm starting to enjoy my legs and stomach, which both have been pretty difficult to me earlier.

I would say stamina, i could work out 3 times a day, body wise i would say arms, their pretty easy to tone.

Responsiveness to exercise in general.  Good metabolism and quick gains in size and strength.  My wife hates me :-)

I look at a weight and pump up ha ha. Don't use em to be honest don't need too. Don't need to work out a great deal either. Lucky me ha ha

@Bryan.  Up til now I haven't felt the need to put on mass.  I may do in future.  As for staying lean.  Fortunately I respond well to that also!  A small increase in cardio (walking to work for example) can start helping me trim down notably.

@George.  I don't really pay much attention to what I eat.  My wife eats well and the meals we eat are good.  Apart from those I eat whatever I fancy without getting silly about it (most of the time :D)  I eat several (6+) times daily too which only helps my metabolism.

@Bryan...haha thanks.  Not much fat wise on me to be honest.  Want to possibly add another 14lbs over the next year and tone up and I will be happy :D

I asked my officemate and she said breasts then laughed! bad girl! LOL

Hmmm maybe my tummy because Bryan, my dear friend, said that having a little tummy is cute. Hahaha

My strongest asset has always been my overall strength. I have also maintained relatively good arm and leg tone despite going lengths of time without any notable workout.  However, my mid section hasn't  done as well.
