So what workouts do you do to maximize your results? And are you seeing the improvements that you want?
5 min abs and arms is a good one 5 min full abs also there r a few others a lil longer then those that I really like the p90 x ab ripper is one of my faves
I'm gonna leave those workouts to beast like you lol and stick with baby workouts.
Are they sort of like hiit workouts?
I would suggest workouts that combine cardiovascular movements with strenght focussed movements at a high intensity. Dont make the mistake of focussing too much at abbs or arms. Those muscle groups dont burn alot of kcals.
There are plenty on here who are great and only take arround 20 mins.
