So everyone is not made to be a 32 in the waist. I'm a size 14 ..comfortable with my thickness but want to tone and bring them curves out.

I suggest squats and Cardio maybe 3 days a week

I'm a size 13 in hrs an I have curves also ! I just wanna slim down !! ;) squats will help
