I've done 50-70 a day for 3 days and can already see a difference. Wonder what a whole month will do.

Has anyone done this challenge before and how did it turn out for you?

I'm doing this challenge atm but for me its a lil more. Once you get further along you have to add,more or it just feels easy haha. Keep it up though! If you start to get too sore. Yoga helps a lot. And so does stretching those hammys

Week two I'm gonna incorporate jump squats. Week three I'm gonna try squats with weights. And week 4 I might just go all out lol
