Totally confused!

I've done some workouts here and there, but I don't even think they're working towards my goals...Ok so I'm pretty good on my weight. My problem is that I need to work on my stomach cuz its a little flabby (I have 3 kids), I also want bigger firmer butt (Lol),and tone legs and thighs..also I dont want to work much on my upper body cuz already have a "V" shaped body. Anyone..please..some..advice...btw I'm starting so how would I put together a workout routine?

Do the workouts I'm doing. Substitute any Programs for Ab workouts. I am focusing on my Abs and Arms.

Legs: lunges, squats, calf raises, wall sit
Abdominals: v ups, bicycle crunches, crunches, reverse crunches, crunches.
