Questions about abs

So I have my first row of abs in and my second set is starting to show up. I have been eating more fruit and stuff to help with the lower abs and I try tons of workouts but does anybody have recommendations on what I should do to get my lower abs in and help the rest of them

Lie on your back and do leg raises...straight up then down without resting your feet on the ground.

Ab wheel, reverse crunch, hanging leg raises, lying leg raises (as previously mentioned) sit ups, Russian twist, cable Judo flip, scissor leg lift, weighted cable crunch, and eat clean. I used to work my abs everyday without much results until I started eating a lot better.
