I've been working out "at least" half hour everyday these past for days and I'm seeing amazing weight loss. Went from 149.8 to 142.0.....7 lbs in 4 days? Are you kidding me? I'm loving it but still have more to go. My goal is to get down to 130. I'm 5'2 so I think this is a good goal for me. This is definitely a motivation booster!!!
