500 press ups in 2 days
Ok well I basically can do around 6 then I can't hold myself up so I'm going to challenge myself and post how far I am into it etc on here, if anyone wants to join me feel free. Higher/lower the 500 if you want, just do hoe much you think you can do, lets get going
I wouldn't recommend trying this unless you can bust out maybe 50 straight. Otherwise by the time you get to 50 doing sets of 6 your gonna have trouble.
