Im 5'4 And 127 lbs
Any Tips/Suggestions that will help me lose about 7 lbs?
Im trying to get back to reg wieght which is 120
Do 30 min workout 5days a week, eat lots of fruits and veggies cut on sweets and high calorie food. Calculate ur daily calorie requirment and eat 500 calories less then ur BMR plus ur workout expenditure, u will lose 7 lbs in 7 weeks.
Thanks i've been trying to count down on the junk and work out at night but is workin out in the morning better ?
