20 in 10 weeks

I let my weight get way out of hand and want to lose at least 20 pounds by the time I get back into school in August. I always end up giving up at my diets/exercise plans with in weeks, so I'm really hoping this helps!

Take it one day at à time and give it your max.if u r used to drop ur diets because u crave food have à cheat meal à week to look forward to when u diet through the week.and do cardio lots of cardio

We will talk you through it just talk to us every day.  Let's us know what you are eating and if you go walking in the am or pm.  We are all friends now
