I'm new here but just created Get Off The couch. Will you try it and tell me what you think timing-wise, etc? I did it without rests cuz I find that if rest, even for 30 seconds, I find it hard to get motivated and continue. I'm setting a challenge for myself to do this workout everyday until June 28th. Feedback much appreciated!! Thanks
If you like it and it challenges you than its great. What you can do is do some other workouts and see which exercises you like and fit them in your own workout.
I'm trying to at least do a little bit so I don't burn myself out and eventually work to the bigger stuff but I've found if I start working out really hard core, even if i enjoy it, I lose my motivation after a week.
