By the way, if your meals contain much proteins and you do sports, you're going to gain muscles and loose fat. Muscle mass is weights more than fat, so you better look in the mirror. If you like the results in the mirror, you're doing it right ;)

I only get on the scale once a weihht but, what frustrates me is one week I'll be a cettain weight then the next I'll be 2 pounds more and the week after I'll be 2 pounds lighter. This is with the same diet and exercise routine. Ughhh. I hate this up and down cycle. Anyone else have this problem?

U have to be sure to weigh first thing in the morning just after u pee for ur most accurate weight reading.

When you have stuff in your digestive tract it can make you weigh up to 3 pounds heavier.

Women will always fluctuate due to water retention and hormones throughout their cycle. It's totally normal, yet frustrating
