Need some good tips to loose weight, I recently gained a couple pounds and having a hard time loosing them. Before this I would workout at least 2hrs/5days a week I'm doing the same and eating less and seeing no progress like I did before. Disappointed
Thank you, I will try that and read more about it. So when I workout, I do it at an intensity level? And I'm eating good just smaller portions. I'm also taking some vitamins that contain energy and something that helps with metabolism for women and drinking lots if water.
