Protein shake;Pre or post workout?

Does anyone knw if it makes a difference or which is better or if I should just drink both..I'ts cuz I prefer to workout in the morning b4 breakfast but I've read that its bad for my body to to so.

Depends on ur body weight & the type of excecise u r doing.  I find post best for me as it does not slow me down.  To much protein is not beneficial

Keep working out in the morning, that is fine. Take your shake right after you lift to help maximize results.
