Protein shake;Pre or post workout?
Does anyone knw if it makes a difference or which is better or if I should just drink both..I'ts cuz I prefer to workout in the morning b4 breakfast but I've read that its bad for my body to to so.
Depends on ur body weight & the type of excecise u r doing. I find post best for me as it does not slow me down. To much protein is not beneficial
