yay!! I lost a total of 15 pounds, and I now have my dream body. I'm happy with my body now, should I quit eating clean? working out? what habits should I have in order to maintain a toned and fit body?

Congrats! Im so happy for u! Cant wait until i get there :) keep it up, continue to eat clean and exercise to maintain because if not you might gain it back. Remember this isnt just diet and exercise for the now...its a new lifestyle.

Congrats on reaching your goal. 

Just know that there are things you must continue to do in order to maintain. 

if you stop eating healthy and not working out you will easily gain those 15lbs back plus more.  Trust me, I'm having to relose the same 30+ lbs I lost 2 yrs ago because I thought I could just go back to old eating habits.

Congratulations!!! Don't stop the new lifestyle! The moment you do you'll regret it. Just do light exercises and keep eating clean. You can do!

Congratulations on achieving your goal! It's always inspiring to see people succeed.

But it's not just temporary, to maintain your new body you must keep your lifestyle clean & active. But don't be afraid of the occasional treat, you earned it.
