Motivation to keep going?

Restarted my exercises after rapidly putting weight on, but struggling to find the motivation to keep going, any help?

Setting goals, listening to your favorite tracks, ... They're all great little tricks to keep you motivated. Other than that I suggest you don't overdo your training. Your mind and body deserves a little treat now and then, be it a lazy day or a sweet piece of chocolate ;)

Thank you, i will have to start making monthly goals ect :)

keep your goal in mind, search for a workoutbuddy and energetic music can help good luck you can do it!
